First evaluation of our RealStar^® SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR Kit 1.0 published by the Bavarian Health and Food Safety Authority (LGL)

The Bavarian Health and Food Safety Authority (LGL) compared the RealStar^® SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR Kit 1.0 with the widely used E gene and RdRp assays published by the German Consiliary Laboratory for Coronaviruses hosted at the Charité in Berlin. In this study, the RealStar^® SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR Kit 1.0 performed equally or better than the two other tested real-time PCR systems.
