RealStar® HHV-6 PCR Kit 1.0

 

The RealStar® HHV-6 PCR Kit 1.0 is an in vitro diagnostic test, based on real-time PCR technology, for the detection, differentiation and quantification of human herpesvirus 6A (HHV-6A) and human herpesvirus 6B (HHV-6B) specific DNA.

  • RealStar® HHV-6 PCR Kit 1.0 CE (quantitative) 
  • The RealStar® HHV-6 PCR Kit 1.0 CE consists of two master reagents (Master A and Master B), Internal Control (IC), four Quantification Standards (QS1–QS4), PCR grade water. 

Products not licensed with Health Canada and not FDA cleared or approved. Kits not available in all countries.

Dilution series of HHV-6A specific DNA, ranging from 100 to 104 copies/μl and HHV-6B specific DNA, ranging from 100 to 104 copies/μl, detected [A] in the FAM™ detection channel and [B] in the Cy5 detection channel, respectively. The Internal Control is detected in the JOE™ detection channel [C].
