The FlexStar® Mp & Cp & Lp PCR Detection Mix 1.5 is a reagent system, based on real-time PCR technology, for the qualitative detection and differentiation of Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Chlamydia pneumoniae and Legionella pneumophila specific DNA.
To be used with the FlexStar® (RT-)PCR Amplification Mix 1.5 RUO and the AltoStar® Internal Control 1.5.
The FlexStar® Mp & Cp & Lp PCR Detection Mix 1.5 can be used with compatible workflows (manual or automated). Real-time PCR instruments that have been validated for use with the FlexStar® Mp & Cp & Lp PCR Detection Mix 1.5 are:
