Two of our core areas are offering high level service and support to our customers and maintaining good relationships with them. Their needs and developments of required diagnostic test systems are the driving force for us. Therefore, we provide on-site technical support during implementation and routine workflow as well as technical demonstrations in our facilities in Hamburg.
