RealStar® Hantavirus-HFRS RT-PCR Kit 1.0 RUO
The RealStar® Hantavirus-HFRS RT-PCR Kit 1.0 is a reagent system, based on real-time PCR technology, for the qualitative detection and differentiation of RNA specific for hantavirus causing hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS).
RealStar® Hantavirus-HFRS RT-PCR Kit 1.0 RUO 
Consists of two different PCR assays with 48 reactions each. Four master reagents (Master A and Master B targets DOBV & SEOV and Master A and Master B targets HTNV & PUUV), Internal Control (IC), Positive Control (PC) DOBV & SEOV, Positive Control (PC) HTNV & PUUV, PCR grade water.
For research use only (RUO). Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Kits not available in all countries.
