RealStar® Norovirus RT-PCR Kit 3.0

 

The RealStar® Norovirus RT-PCR Kit 3.0 is an in vitro diagnostic test, based on real-time PCR technology, for the qualitative detection of RNA specific for noroviruses belonging to the genogroup I (G I) and genogroup II (G II). Furthermore, the test allows the differentiation between norovirus genogroup I and norovirus genogroup II specific RNA.

  • The RealStar® Norovirus RT-PCR Kit 3.0 consists of two master reagents (Master A and Master B), Internal Control (IC), two Positive Controls, PCR grade water. 

Products not licensed with Health Canada and not FDA cleared or approved. Kits not available in all countries.

Dilution series (100 to 104 copies/µl) of norovirus genogroup II specific RNA detected in the FAM™ detection channel [A] and norovirus genogroup I specific RNA detected in the Cy5 detection channel [B]. The Internal Control (IC) is detected in the JOE™ detection channel [C].
