RealStar® Adenovirus PCR Kit 1.0

 

The RealStar® Adenovirus PCR Kit 1.0 is an in vitro diagnostic test, based on real-time PCR technology, for the detection and quantification of human adenovirus (HAdV) specific DNA.

  • RealStar® Adenovirus PCR Kit 1.0 
  • The RealStar® Adenovirus PCR Kit 1.0 consists of two master reagents (Master A and Master B), Internal Control (IC), four Quantification Standards (QS1–QS4), PCR grade water. 

Product not licensed with Health Canada and not FDA cleared or approved. Kit not available in all countries.

HAdV Quantification Standards QS1 (10<sup>4</sup> copies/µl) to QS4 (10<sup>1</sup> copies/µl) and Internal Control (IC)
HAdV Quantification Standards QS1 (104 copies/µl) to QS4 (101 copies/µl) detected in the FAM™ detection channel [A].
The Internal Control (IC) is detected in the JOE™ detection channel [B].
