To strengthen the Research & Development department in Hamburg, altona Analytics is looking for a highly motivated and committed Working Student / Internship / Thesis – Software Engineering (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- You will gain deep insight and become part of a team developing medical software as part of an in vitro diagnostic system for the PCR-based detection of pathogens (e. g. SARS-CoV-2, HIV)
- Planning, design and implementation of tasks in the software development environment
- You will work on an exciting topic as part of your final thesis (Bachelor/Master)
- You are a problem solver for your colleagues by developing tools that make everyone's daily work easier
- You participate in team meetings and stand-up meetings and become part of the R&D team
Your expertise
- You are studying computer science, technical computer science or a comparable subject
- You are inquisitive and interested in working in the in vitro diagnostics environment in addition to computer science and engineering
- You have already gained experience in the field of object-oriented software development during your studies
- You have knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages/technologies: C#, .NET, Python, WPF, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Blazor
- A high degree of initiative and team spirit sets you apart
